Have used Waychoff's for over a decade. Service has always been reliable. They installed two new systems for us and replaced one ten years later. Am writing this review to praise our most recent technician Michael, a very pleasant and agreeable young man. We have two very large 120 lb dogs, an unusual large shepherd breed. They are friendly to strangers once introduced, but are also "watch" dogs, so if they are shut up in one room they bark and bark until the service people are done. Michael wanted to meet the dogs and they got along famously, so they did not have to be closed off from the rest of the house. This relaxed them and made the whole process so much easier for everyone. The old dog was calm and the young dog followed along to see what was going to happen next! A very nice experience. Put Michael on our client record for every visit - hope I got the correct Michael - he knows who he is!!

I haven't used this company yet, but the salesman Eric C., is the best!! They are more expensive than our previous estimate BUT!!, what they are offering seems to be worth it. No high pressure tactics, no bait and switch. At the end of our meeting I had to admit to him, everything that seemed off about the previous company, he nullified by his explanation of their systems. In the end we felt much more comfortable even though they're pricier. I was going to get 5 estimates from other companies, but after this I'll just call one more , though the decision has really already been made.

When it was time to get a new system they knew our needs and got a system in quick enough in the summer that we weren’t forced into a hotel. Marlon and his crew did an excellent job. They were polite, professional with an outstanding work ethic. Absolutely awesome service! AC broke down late on Saturday and using my previous AC company was not an option (but I won't get into that right now). Called at 6:50pm and was pleasantly surprised that someone actually answered the phone. Not only did they answer the phone, but was able to get immediate emergency service. Buster Davis showed up within 90 minutes diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. I can't convey how happy I am because he didn't try to sell me anything (as was the case with the last company I had been using). I was expecting to pay Hundreds of Dollars $$$$ as I did with the last company, but to my surprise.... not even close. I was charged the diagnostic and manintence fee and that was it....nothing more.. about 1/3 of what I was expecting. Buster was prompt, courteous and very professional. Great Job! He also found a defective part which he did not have available on his truck; he made about a 30 minute trip to pick up the part and come back to install it. Today’s service call was done by Shawn. He was polite, clean, and knowledgeable. He reminded me of little servicing things that need to be done monthly, which was very helpful. After checking everything inside he went outside and cleaned the ?? Fan?? Nick showed up on time and immediately went to work checking the inside systems and then the outside systems. All checked very well, and he changed the filter using my new filter. The test results were emailed to me within minutes. I PARTICULARLY liked it that he didn't try to sell me any new components, and I told him I would call in a couple of months to schedule the next 6 month inspection. Quite satisfied.

I returned home from work one evening to find my house temperature a very warm 86°. I phoned the AC company that I had been doing business with in the past to see if they could come out that evening. They were more than happy to come out however they would charge me a $270 emergency service call fee. I spoke with a coworker who recommended Waychoff. Hello- I would like to share my experience with the technicians that came out to troubleshoot an issue that has been going on with my AC unit that has been driving my electric bill from the mid $$$ hundreds to upwards of $$$ five hundred…

I’ve had Waychoff’s service for some time and have had cordial and knowledgeable service technicians. I was experiencing extremely HIGH JEA bills and contacted them to see if they had any insight to the increase! JEA suggested checking the AC first and if it’s not that, they would come out! So, I contacted Waychoff’s, received the service notification that they would arrive that they would be here, at my home (between 9am and 11am) and by that time a call came in at 8:39 am and they were on their way.

Rick had a trainee, John, with him. I was impressed on his training as he was professional and as something came up, he explained it and moved on ( no down talking- etc)! This impressed me since I’ve been in that role before and it can be daunting if you get such a young trainee, who may feel as if things are just getting thrown at him. John in fact, complemented Rick and stated he learned quite a bit, when they were going to the jobs and more so on them ! It was nice to hear!

Getting back to the issue at hand, Rick diagnosed the problem based on my call to the center, he continued with John’s training exercise and while he worked on the outside (drain line), Rick called for the replacement part ( which was the thing blowing up my bill) and Rick will be here today (8/31/2021) to replace the part. He even upsold on an ultraviolet item that kills microscopic bacteria that he noticed while he was waiting on the pricing for the original part in question (my warranty ran out a couple years ago- go figure 😱😵‍💫😏😧).. but I did get 10% off for being a client having the maintenance agreement with them (yeah 🤗😃)!

I would like the company to know that he is good at his job but better yet, an asset to your company.. I appreciate his concern for my safety with the mask (mandated by Waychoff’s) but more so his vast knowledge and able to troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue at hand and his professionalism all this while training!

I had a new unit installed last April. I have had two problems since. When I called Waychoff, a technician was there within hours. Not days. Hours. Both times they were extremely professional and personable. Yesterday, it was a bad thermostat. Trace quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat. Being a WIFI thermostat, he programmed it and made sure that every thing was working properly before leaving. They also wore masks and shoe covers. I am very pleased and would most highly recommend.

They came to our rescue on a Saturday night at 7pm when we got home from a trip and our air had malfunctioned while we were gone and it was 90 degrees inside! The first few places I called wouldnt come until Monday. Waychoff's understood our predicament had someone out to us in an hour! Cristian was very professional and courteous, diagnosed our issue very quickly and fixed it right away. Our air was back on by 9pm. We decided to go on the maintenance plan so we can have them check on us a few times a year to hopefully prevent any further issues. I am very impressed with their service. What a great experience! How often do you get to say that about an air conditioning company? My AC unit stopped working of course after-hours. I called around to several places that said that they offered emergency service but still would not come out. I called Waychoff’s at 6:30pm and not only did a live person answer that was super nice, but she said they can have a technician at the house within the next couple of hours. Tyler called an hour later to tell me he was 30 minutes away showed up on time. He took the time to explain to me what he found, what he could do to fix it, how much it would cost, and what we can do to avoid the issue in the future. Highly recommend Waychoff Air Conditioning. We spoke with Mike Lombardi as we were wanting to get a new air conditioner, Mike was polite and went over all the options and answered all our questions to help us narrow down the right system for our house. We decided on a unit and set up installation date within 3 days. On Installation day are installers were Omar, Jakob and Michael they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves , they also wore booties over their shoes before entering the house to keep from tracking dirt and mud in. After installation they showed me how to work the thermostat and the air conditioner. I give them 100 gold stars.

He found that my peroxide system was not working during the system checkout. It was a bad bulb. He replaced the bulb and now the system is back up and running. Thank you for sending him out.
