Waycross has performed service on my old unit 2 times in the past 2 years. I need a new one but the techs go above and beyond to keep it running well. Same day service is a plus and the the techs (Tommy R was the last one) are professional and friendly.

This company is the best in the business. They are so professional, respectful and honest. From the young lady who to took my call, to the installers. They were prompt and sympathetic to my needs. Their technician was very straight forward and explain how my ac unit was not worth repairing. He did give me an for a new unit. It was a fair price, especially when they came out the next day with the new unit and had me with ac in thee house a few hours later. I highly recommend them. This was the second time I used them. Thank you Danny, Joe, and Brandon.

I would highly recommend Waychoff's Air Conditioning. From the initial call on a Sunday to request a service call to the post installation call, every employee was 100% professional, friendly, committed to customer service, and excellent at their specific job. The on-call technician took his time looking over our system as well as explaining the needed repairs. When we made the decision to purchase a new system through them, he set it up on Sunday afternoon for an install the very next morning! The install technicians called when they were on their way and worked diligently and extremely efficiently to make sure the installation was done properly. They even took the extra time to raise the pad to prevent sinking, rerouted the outside unit around my plants and for ease of future maintenance and services, thoroughly went over the new thermostat and system as well as give us the available JEA rebate upfront. Then, promptly called the next morning to schedule the county inspection. I can't say enough about the ease and confidence of working with this team. This is a company with employees who clearly take pride in their work and value their customers.

I absolutely love this company. I have used other AC companies and even "one man" small business AC repair. But Waycoff's is the most professional and most knowledgeable I've delt with. I have the maintenance contract and they come out twice a year to check your AC inside and out to make sure it's running properly and efficiently. They always call to remind you of your apt. And call before they come. They talk to you about what repair needs to be done before they do it and explain to you why, and how not doing the repair will affect the performance of your unit. I just feel really involved in the whole process. It's a company that I trust and will use for a long long time.

We are landlords and purchase the twice a year maintenance contract for our rental property. The office is timely and efficient in scheduling these visits with our tenant. The technicians keep us informed on service issues and answer all our questions.

My tech arrived early. The office called to make sure that was OK beforehand. He put on booties to come inside my home. He was fast and efficient. Like Popeye the sailor man....they say what they mean and mean what they say. If they quote you a price.....it IS that price! A lot of times pricing is posted on their website. Love these guys!

I called Waychoff's at 8:30pm on a Saturday night and they informed me that someone could be there between 9pm-11pm! Almost immediately I got a call from Matt who told me he was already on the way to my home. During that call I explained how eager I was for his arrival as we had a 4 month old baby trying to sleep and the in home temperature was steadily rising.I was very impressed that Matt removed his shoes without prompting when he entered our home. He was wearing his mask appropriately and was very courteous of the fact that our baby was sleeping in the room right next to the unit he was there to repair. He was timely, friendly, honest and hilarious! We will definitely use Waychoff's for our future HVAC needs.

Can't share enough praises for this company and my experience as a whole. Rusty (sales) came yesterday and thoroughly explained all system options etc. and didn't use cutthroat sales tactics (which other companies DID) to sell me more than I needed. Literally the very next day, my new system is already installed and working perfectly. No one ever wants to spend large sums of money on home repairs, but I was treated excellently so it culled the pain as much as possible. I had a new AC unit installed in my home and the techs were all professional and did a great job. Waychoff's tech came out at night to check my unit and found the problem. I had talked with another company and they couldn't come out because it was the weekend. Waychoff is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

Our A/C stopped working in 90+ degree weather. Waychoff’s was able to have a technician (Matt) out the same day we called.Matt was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Discussed options and promptly repaired the unit. We were also impressed and thankful he was wearing a mask when he arrived to speak with us. Not only was he technically proficient, he was a joy to speak with.

Awesome service! Had issues with my AC unit during the heat and Matt was able to make it the same day and repair the issue, along with giving helpful advice to keep the unit in great condition and fixing some mistakes that were left behind from a different company.

We would give 6 stars if that were possible! Rusty was the salesperson who came out to tell us about our A/C options. He did not hard sell any particular unit but worked with us to find the best solution for our needs. Then, a day and a half later, was a crew of 3 guys (Omar, Dustin and Ken) who arrived on time. They were professional, skilled, courteous and worked together very well. 5 hours later, we had our new A/C. They explained everything about how they put in the unit and about the new thermostat. It was a positive experience with Waychoff from beginning to end! We are very impressed with this company.

Scheduler called as technician was running early. Technician was professional wearing mask and shoe coverings when inside Routine maintenance was performed quickly and answered questions regarding system and functions. Will use for future maintenance.

Our technician came out on a a Friday evening, arrived early, and had our air conditioner running in less than an hour. He honored our warranty and there was no charge for service after hours. The price was very reasonable. My husband called 6 other places, and the earliest he could find someone to come was the following day. We highly recommend this company.

We went with Waychoff’s when we had to replace both of our AC units. They’ve been very helpful and quick to respond when we’ve needed them.

I usually never write reviews but I picked waychoff because of the reviews I've read so hopefully my review can help someone else make a great decision. My house has been warm for a couple of months now since Its been really hot outside. I always said I was going to call an a/c man but I kept holding it off because I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg to fix my a/c. I ended up buying a window unit to keep me cool but when it gets really hot that still doesnt kick out enough cool air. I finally gave in and googles ac repair and came across a few with good reviews. I was browsing waychoff website and ended up talking to someone in there online chat. Soon after someone called me to ask for more info and give me pricing. She was nice and proffessional. She told me the ac man can be at my house within the next two hours. An hour and a half later he came and within 10 mins identified the problems, went over pricing with me, and has my a/c fixed within an hour at 9PM at night! I was so shocked they still provide services late at night. Last night my whole house was freezing cold. It feels so good to have my house cool again.

My A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon and was fixed within 3 hours. Troy was helpful and quick. Overall perfect experience.

We had a major issue with our HVAC System. It was time for replacement. Rusty and the team were awesome and professional.

-Heading into a weekend with a dead A/C and an outrageous estimate to replace a complete fan motor $1200 flat labor (part was under warranty) from another company. Desperate I called by chance and was surprised they could fit me in for a 2nd opinion. Surprisingly they were able to fit me in within the next hour. Tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem as a bad Heat Pump Capacitor and had it fixed in 30 minutes. For 10% of the first company price. (bye bye AA).

We were trying to put off buying a new AC for as long as possible but the summer heat finally got us. I called Waychoffs and Rusty came out the next day. He was extremely professional and personable when walking me through what was wrong with our unit and making suggestions on a new one. When we decided to go with waychoffs i thought we'd be waiting for weeks to get scheduled but Chris and Marlon came out the following tuesday and did an excellent job! Our original unit was older than i am, but our new system has given us a new quality of life. This was a great team to work with!
