Maintenance Contracts
With each of our Maintenance Contracts, we offer Complete System Inspection and furnish inspection reports including advisory of any abnormal conditions or necessary repairs for your commercial business. Our maintenance contracts for commercial businesses also include the cleaning and flushing of drain lines along with the regular changing of filters. Waychoff's Air Conditioning will supply filters and belts as needed for monthly maintenance.*
*Additional charge for parts needed with maintenance with a 10% discount.
Heating and Air Conditioning Services for Our Commercial Clients Include:
- Check & calibrate thermostat
- Check amp draw on: blower motor, heat strip, fan motor & compressor
- Check & replace/adjust belt on blower to ensure proper air delivery
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Check insulation
- Check electrical connections
- Inspect all relays and contactors
- Inspect circuit boards
- Check and lube all motors and bearings as required
- Controls and safeties will be tested as needed
- Check supply and return plenum for air leakage
- Check and report return and supply temperatures
- Condenser coil will be inspected for heat transfer loss
- Unit wiring and electrical disconnect will be inspected
- Refrigerant will be checked for proper charge and to ensure no leaks
