I know it will be lower next summer since I am now taking advantage of the energy start setting the thermostat has. "Over Labor Day weekend at 8pm our A/C system went down -- permanently! Our normal AC company was not working and so we went through the phone book and found Waychoff's! It was unbelievable that one of your employees came to our home at 10PM at no extra charge! On Labor Day the Waychoff's team installed the Trane. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, humorous and extremely likeable. They even brought in cardboard boxes in order to keep my carpet clean. Installation went so fast! They really earned their money, and I assure you that they are not wasting yours. They educated us about the A/C Systems and SEER score. They were great teacher and we learned a lot that day. Recently I had to replace my air conditioning system, inside and out. As we all know this is an expensive undertaking and who wants to deal with the hassle anyway. I heard an add on WOKV, by Neal Boortz and I felt I could trust his endorsement, knowing he would not endorse anything without knowing the kind of people they are at Waychoff.
But still, I thought, i had that tiny nagging in the back of my mind.....are they really what they say? Well to my great pleasure they are.
I had tried to get a quote from another A/C business but they were unable to get anyone to my house for TWO WEEKS. So i called Waychoff and starting with the lady who answered the phone I was treated the way I want to be treated by a company where I am about to spend thousands of dollars. She put Tracy Poor in contact with me ( he called me back almost immediately) and he came NEXT DAY to give me a quote. His professionalism and his friendly personality convinced me even before I had gotten a quote. The quote was very fair and BEST OF ALL...........everything he said would happen..........happened WHEN he said it would. Ever sat at home all day waiting on someone to deliver the services or product you bought earlier? Well you will not wait with Waychoff. They give you a TIME and they are there when they say they will be. The installers were friendly and very professional and I am highly pleased with the product.

I was lucky enough to have my AC lines clog up on a Sunday night. I called Waychoff's after hours emergency service and Erin got back to me within 5 minutes of my initial call. She was very friendly and explained different service options for my situation. Eric was my technician and was at my house within the hour. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing in detail, gave me tips and advice to help prolong the life of my unit and even let my dog crawl all over him and "help". He had me back up and running less than an hour after he arrived.
